I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double Room and absolutely loved the updated room and the short stroll to nearby attractions like Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament and Osceola County Welcome Center, which made my weekend explorations so much easier and enjoyable for me as a solo traveler.

Vacationers seeking a reality check

The only good thing about this place was the front staff who were really nice when we got there. And the pool looked clean. it's a small win in this sea of disaster.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but somehow, we still thought it was acceptable. for one night maybe.

I loved how cozy my room felt with a stunning view and how I could use the hot tub after a long day. The outdoor pool and comfy sun loungers were great for relaxation. Just a minor thing, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty sometimes. 😊

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room needed better cleaning, as it had a strong smell of smoke.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness. Finding four live roaches in the room and a laundry room that felt unsafe did not bolster my confidence. Lack of water pressure in the shower made for slow washing, and I found myself fumbling with beds on wheels that shifted awkwardly every time I sat down. Minimal lighting turned the room into a shadowy space, which added to the discomfort, especially with only one small lamp. Just a heads-up, you're also going to want to avoid walking barefoot. the floors were too grimy for my liking. Overall, the room had potential, but it missed the mark on basic maintenance.

The location is the primary advantage, providing easy access to nearby attractions. However, after following the staff's request to book directly, my family ended up in an unrenovated room despite assurances of better accommodations. The promised special rate never materialized, leading to frustration, especially since we were displaced due to a hurricane.
